As we move through spring, we’ve been hard at work making A-Pro even more powerful and insightful, all designed to give you more control, clarity, and confidence in your SEO and content workflows.

Perplexity Score: Smarter Content Evaluation for AI Search Engines

We’ve introduced a brand-new Perplexity Score feature on our Editor Page. This provides AI-based feedback on your content’s quality, relevance, and alignment with your target keywords for Perplexity.ai, a new AI Search Engine.
We compare your content against the keywords you’ve selected. This gives you insight into how your writing may be interpreted by both traditional search engines and generative AI models, a crucial step as AI increasingly shapes search behavior.
Why it matters:
- Helps fine-tune your content for better semantic relevance
- Identifies gaps or weak spots in your keyword usage
- Optimizes content for both human readers and AI systems
Keyword Manager: Now with CPC Low & High Values

We’ve expanded the Keyword Manager to show Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Low and High estimates. This gives you a better understanding of each keyword’s commercial value and competitiveness in paid advertising campaigns.
Whether you’re planning blog content or running ads, these new data points let you:
- Prioritize high-value keywords
- Spot low-cost opportunities for niche targeting
- Align your SEO strategy with your ad strategy
You’ll find CPC values next to each keyword, helping you make faster, more informed decisions about what to target next.
Search Insights: More Accurate Data, Now With Source Control
We’ve made two big changes to our Search Insights tool:
1. Choose Your Data Source

You now have the ability to select whether your keyword suggestions come from Google only or from Google + Search Partners. This gives you more control over the scope of your keyword research.
Use Google-only for tighter relevance, or include partners to surface broader, exploratory trends.
2. Better Traditional Chinese Results

For users in Taiwan and other Traditional Chinese markets, you’ll see a significant improvement in keyword quality and coverage. We’ve upgraded our Traditional Chinese NLP and query processing, which now delivers:
- More comprehensive autocomplete suggestions
- Smarter keyword groupings for article planning
- Greater alignment with how Traditional Chinese users actually search
3. Better General Results


Search Insights will now return more results for you to choose from.
In this example, we are using a keyword for Minimumtextiles, a fashion brand. On the left image, we see hardly any words. But with the the new update, the image on the right, we are given many new results.
This is part of our ongoing effort to localize A-Pro for global audiences while maintaining world-class search intelligence.

Looking ahead, we’re working on:
- Metrics 2.0: We’re excited to be rolling out the newest version of our SEO Metric Scoring in the coming months.
- Social trends: Get the latest trends on your dashboard from your commonly used sources.
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation): Build your brand persona or reference your FAQ when generating your content.
- AI Detection: We will be adding AI content detection. For better understand of AI detection, we touch briefly on the topic here.
